Worked on the All-Hands-AI/agent-sdk repository to deliver a feature that enhances startup customization and performance for agent servers. Developed a new CLI flag, implemented in Python, that enables preloading of custom modules at startup, allowing custom tools to be registered before any conversation is initiated. This approach streamlines onboarding and reduces configuration steps for new deployments by improving the initialization flow and supporting modular tooling. Collaborated with other contributors through co-authored commits, demonstrating effective cross-team coordination. Focused on backend development and testing, the work addressed early tool availability and reliability without introducing or fixing any major bugs during the period.
