During April 2025, 0xhackthesys developed the core GhidraMCP integration for the punkpeye/awesome-mcp-servers repository, focusing on enabling AI-assisted reverse engineering workflows. They implemented a Model Context Protocol server for Ghidra, which allows seamless integration of AI tools into binary analysis and decompilation processes. Leveraging skills in AI integration, binary analysis, and reverse engineering, 0xhackthesys established a technical foundation that supports rapid expansion of AI capabilities within Ghidra. The work was delivered in Markdown and demonstrated a focused, foundational approach, prioritizing baseline stability and extensibility for future enhancements in automated reverse engineering and binary analysis workflows.
