During December 2024, CaptainDread developed an AI-driven diplomacy enhancement for the MillenniumDawn/Millennium-Dawn repository, focusing on peace conference mechanics. They implemented a Serbia Peace Deal AI feature that enables the AI to rebuild Yugoslavia at half cost after completing a specific focus, addressing gameplay balance and strategic depth. Using skills in AI scripting, game development, and modding, CaptainDread updated peace deal cost modifiers and introduced scripted triggers to expand diplomatic options. The work did not involve bug fixes but demonstrated thoughtful integration and validation, resulting in richer user engagement and more nuanced AI behavior within the game’s peace conference system.
