Developed the RolloutPlan resource to orchestrate wave-based deployments for Google Cloud services, enabling safer and more scalable management of large-scale changes. This feature was implemented in the GoogleCloudPlatform/magic-modules repository using Go and YAML, with a focus on API development and cloud computing best practices. The approach included adding comprehensive test coverage within a beta provider to ensure the reliability and maintainability of the new deployment strategy. Collaboration with another contributor strengthened the design and review process, resulting in a robust foundation for controlled rollout strategies that improve deployment reliability and accelerate time-to-market for cloud infrastructure updates.
