Developed an enhancement for the mdn/rari repository, focusing on improving the Rari CLI by adding functionality to display the server port and log the server address at startup. This feature, implemented in Rust, streamlines server configuration and provides immediate feedback to users and operators, reducing the time required to diagnose startup issues. The work involved CLI development and careful instrumentation of startup logging to ensure clear visibility into server binding details. All changes were tracked through Git, with the scope limited to a single, targeted feature delivered in one commit, and no major bug fixes addressed during the development period.
