Worked on the toeverything/AFFiNE repository to deliver complete Simplified Chinese (zh-Hans) translations for the project’s internationalization system. Focused on frontend development and localization, the work involved adding 75 missing translation entries to achieve full parity with the English resource file, ensuring 100% coverage. Utilized JavaScript and JSON to update i18n resources, with thorough validation through successful parsing and pre-commit checks using yarn lint-staged and yarn lint:ox. This effort reduced localization risk and improved the onboarding experience for Chinese-speaking users, aligning with the project’s localization roadmap and enhancing the overall user experience for a broader audience.
