Developed a Referenda Detail Page Translation Feature for the opensquare-network/subsquare repository, introducing a translations tab, language selector, and dynamic content fetching to support multilingual accessibility. The implementation leveraged React, Next.js, and Context API, enabling per-chain and per-detail-type configuration with initial support for Kusama and Polkadot networks. By architecting a scalable localization system and integrating translation APIs, the work reduced manual translation overhead and broadened the platform’s user reach. The feature was delivered through disciplined, git-based workflows and tracked via specific commits, reflecting a focus on maintainable code and modular frontend development using JavaScript and JSX. No bugs were recorded.
