Worked on the lizongying/homebrew-cask repository to enhance the reliability of automated updates for the Akuity CLI package. Addressed a versioning issue by updating the version string and introducing SHA256 checksums for both ARM and Intel architectures, ensuring package integrity across platforms. Modified the live-check regular expression to support the new version format, which improved the accuracy of future version detections and reduced the need for manual intervention. Leveraged Ruby and DevOps skills within the Homebrew Cask packaging workflow, focusing on package management and cross-architecture compatibility. The work centered on maintaining robust, automated update processes for Homebrew users.
