Worked on improving error detection and emulation handling in the DataDog/orchestrion repository, focusing on system programming and robust error handling using Go. Addressed a bug where Rosetta was not properly detected by enhancing the logic to recognize 'executable file not found' within error messages, ensuring more accurate command presence checks. Expanded the emulation detection mechanism on amd64 Linux systems to include both 'qemu' and 'rosetta', allowing for correct targeting of emulated commands. These changes improved the reliability of orchestration flows by hardening error parsing and detection workflows, contributing to more dependable system behavior in complex environments.
