During December 2024, Malhar Kulkarni upgraded the Amazon.CDK.Lib dependency across all recipe projects in the aws/aws-dotnet-deploy repository. This work focused on aligning the projects with the latest CDK version to incorporate recent bug fixes and new features, thereby reducing compatibility risks and supporting future enhancements in downstream tooling. Malhar applied skills in dependency management and release engineering, coordinating updates across multiple .NET projects and ensuring a smooth transition to the new library version. The changes, implemented using XML and AWS CDK, established a more robust foundation for ongoing development and streamlined future CDK updates within the repository.
