Enhanced the celts sidebar with vertical scrolling and a dark background using Bootstrap, CSS, and JavaScript, improving usability and visual consistency. Implemented dependency pinning and configuration alignment to ensure deterministic Python environments. Updated contributor management and cleaned YAML and requirements files for better onboarding and cross-team collaboration. In the lsf repository, refined the administration sidebar with dynamic iconography and streamlined JavaScript code, reducing redundancy and improving maintainability. The work collectively strengthened user experience and deployment reliability.
