During a three-month period, Agon Ferra developed and enhanced the SolidarityHub-Organization/SolidarityHub platform, focusing on dashboard UI, geospatial visualization, and secure authentication workflows. He implemented features such as a core dashboard with task management, map integration with marker utilities, and a daily affected-by-day chart to improve situational awareness and data-driven planning. Using Dart, Flutter, and C#, Agon refactored the codebase for maintainability, introduced robust filtering, and resolved localization and date handling bugs. He also established a frontend authentication flow and navigation structure, laying the groundwork for secure, scalable user sessions and supporting future backend integration and role-based access control.

June 2025 (SolidarityHub) focused on delivering a frontend authentication workflow and navigation improvements to support secure access control. Key feature delivered: a new User Authentication System and Initial Login View that replaces the previous home screen, supplemented by an updated lateral navigation with a logout option and removal of the direct admin login link. The frontend login flow has been implemented (not connected to a database yet), establishing the foundation for backend authentication integration and role-based access control. No major bugs were documented this month. Overall, these changes improve onboarding UX, clarify navigation, and lay the groundwork for secure, scalable user sessions. Technologies/skills demonstrated include frontend UI/UX design, navigation restructuring, and secure-flow thinking for authentication with readiness for backend integration.

In April 2025, the SolidarityHub frontend delivered a cohesive upgrade to the dashboard experience, expanding core UI, task management, and geospatial visualization across key dashboards. This work enhances situational awareness, accelerates task resolution, and supports data-driven planning for humanitarian operations. Key deliveries include a self-contained Dashboard Core UI with task management, a Victims and Volunteers Dashboard frontend, a Daily Affected-by-Day chart, and map integration with marker utilities linked to the dashboard. Robust task filtering and general dashboard filters were also implemented to improve data discovery and user productivity. Impact and value: streamlined workflows, faster triage and decision-making, and richer data visibility for operations and field teams. The work demonstrates strong frontend architecture, UI/UX polish, data visualization, and geospatial integration.
