Worked on Flow.Launcher to deliver a security-focused enhancement that allows users to prefer HTTPS over HTTP when opening URLs. Developed a user-facing setting within the application’s settings panel, ensuring the new option was fully localized and integrated into the existing UI using C# and XAML. Updated the core URL opening logic to consistently honor the HTTPS preference, thereby reducing exposure to insecure HTTP links while maintaining backward compatibility. This feature leveraged skills in configuration management, plugin development, and UI development, and was tracked through a dedicated commit in the repository to ensure transparency and maintainability of the codebase.
