Worked on the PSMRI/MMU-UI repository to enhance codebase hygiene and configuration reliability within a modern Angular front end. Focused on removing production console statements across multiple components, the work reduced unnecessary runtime logging and improved overall performance. Addressed a duplicated noImplicitReturns property in the TypeScript configuration, preventing potential build conflicts and supporting consistent development practices. Leveraged TypeScript, JSON, and configuration management skills to streamline the UI stack, making the codebase more maintainable and accessible for future contributors. The efforts centered on production readiness, emphasizing maintainability and reliability without introducing new features or addressing bug fixes during this period.
