Worked on the zed-industries/gemini-cli repository to enhance security and integration flexibility for API interactions. Developed and delivered a feature that introduced Databricks authentication support, allowing users to securely authenticate API calls within the CLI. Implemented a custom HTTP header option, enabling advanced integrations and supporting enterprise workflows that require configurable headers. Focused on strengthening API key authentication to improve overall security posture. Utilized TypeScript for development, applying skills in API integration, CLI development, and testing. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on building robust, configurable authentication and header management features for the CLI.
