Worked on improving the boot process for Texas Instruments platforms in the flipperdevices/u-boot repository, focusing on resolving device tree file loading and boot image size issues. Addressed incorrect FDT path resolution and removed obsolete configuration options, which enabled support for larger default boot images on arm64 TI devices. The approach involved cleaning up legacy code and eliminating redundant ti/ prefixes in device tree paths, resulting in more reliable and maintainable boot sequences across K3, am64x, j721e, and j721s2 platforms. Utilized C programming, embedded systems expertise, and kernel configuration skills to enhance cross-platform reliability and streamline CI pipeline outcomes.
