Abdirahman Hussein developed and enhanced access control and citizen UI features across multiple HMCTS repositories, including cnp-flux-config, finrem-ccd-definitions, and finrem-case-orchestration-service. He enabled secure access code generation for Family Court case submissions, updated data models, and introduced feature toggles for controlled rollouts. His work involved removing legacy Redis feature flags to streamline caching strategies and updating YAML and JSON configurations to support new user roles and access fields. Leveraging Java, Kubernetes, and Spring Framework, Abdirahman focused on configuration management and backend development, delivering five features that improved security, accessibility, and maintainability without introducing new bugs.
