Focused on technical writing and documentation using markdown, the work included detailed configuration mappings, alerting changes, and PagerDuty integration guidance to support both users and contributors. Standardized development tooling with formatting and linting improvements, and introduced new GitHub issue templates to streamline collaboration and quality assurance. Leveraged skills in C++, CI/CD, and static analysis to align migration efforts across branches, reduce onboarding friction, and improve the overall development workflow for future releases and ongoing maintenance.
