Adriano Costa focused on frontend UI cleanup in the Alfresco/alfresco-ng2-components repository, targeting improved styling consistency and maintainability. He removed outdated CSS rules, streamlining the codebase and reducing technical debt, which set a cleaner baseline for future development. Using CSS and front end development skills, Adriano’s work enabled more predictable UI changes and minimized the risk of visual regressions. Although no major bugs were fixed during this period, the project’s stability benefited from a simplified CSS footprint. This targeted effort enhanced onboarding for new contributors and made ongoing UI polish more efficient, reflecting a focused and foundational engineering contribution.
