Worked on the hardisgroupcom/sfdx-hardis repository to enhance observability reliability by standardizing Grafana monitoring configuration. Focused on renaming environment variables related to API reporting, the update ensured Grafana consistently received correct API URLs and authentication credentials, reducing the risk of misconfiguration and configuration drift. Leveraged YAML for configuration management and applied CI/CD practices to streamline deployment and maintainability. Documented all changes against the relevant issue to improve traceability and consolidated naming conventions for easier debugging and incident response. The work resulted in a more maintainable monitoring setup, supporting better operational visibility and reducing potential errors in production environments.
