During April 2025, this developer expanded operator support in the apache/tvm repository by implementing logaddexp functionality within the Relax framework, targeting improved interoperability for PyTorch-exported models. The work involved defining and registering the new operator across multiple TVM modules, including TIR, TOPI, and Relax, using C++ and Python. To ensure reliability, a regression test was created to validate logaddexp behavior in exported workflows, enhancing test coverage and stability. This contribution strengthened PyTorch export integration, enabling broader operator coverage and supporting end-to-end model deployment on TVM-backed runtimes, while laying the foundation for future operator integrations and performance enhancements.
