Worked on the Leantime/leantime repository to implement multi-collaborator support for ticket management, enabling users to add, retrieve, and remove multiple collaborators on a single ticket. This feature required updates to the database schema and careful handling of data relationships to ensure scalable collaboration workflows. Addressed a schema typo by correcting a column name, which improved data integrity and prevented potential handling errors. Utilized PHP for backend development, focusing on database design and management to support these enhancements. The work resulted in clearer ticket ownership, more efficient collaboration, and faster issue resolution within the Leantime project’s ticketing system.
