Developed a modular chat state management system for the upstars-global/unity-core-modules repository, establishing a centralized approach to handling chat data, user presence, message counts, and role-based chat availability. Leveraging Pinia for state management within a Vue.js application, the work involved migrating and refactoring the existing chat store to introduce distinct modules such as enabledChat, freshChat, and liveChat. This architecture enables scalable and reliable chat interactions across platforms, supporting faster feature rollout and improved customer engagement. The implementation, written in both JavaScript and TypeScript, emphasized maintainability, testability, and clear collaboration through a well-documented commit history.
