Delivered end-to-end HDC to CVL license migration capabilities with user-facing logs, retry, and status visibility, plus early adopter rollout controls. Performed data model cleanup and migration enhancements in the API, including address type handling and lastPrisonId changes, and removed deprecated JSON parameters. Fixed a leading NPE when obtaining an HDC Licence without curfew hours by defaulting weekly curfew times to an empty list and updating tests. Established early adopter identification and rollout configuration for phased migration, and advanced license variation flow support with explicit Vary actions, UI updates, and routing to the correct services. Demonstrated broad business value by enabling scalable migrations, reducing data issues, improving user visibility, and increasing migration success probability across cohorts.

May 2026 focused on delivering end-to-end license data migration enhancement for HDC to CVL. Implemented a batch migration flow with routes for single and bulk migrations and user feedback views, plus a secret URL trigger to securely initiate migrations. Included iterative code-review fixes (notably pug template adjustments) to improve reliability and actionable migration feedback, enabling faster, auditable license data modernization.

April 2026: Delivered security remediation and data governance improvements across two core repos, enhancing security posture, auditability, and operational efficiency. Implemented Handlebars patches with warning suppression to address CVEs while reducing noise, and introduced a Knex migration to log active-case migrations in the HDC workflow. These changes improve security, traceability, and governance over data migrations.
