Worked on the metacraft-labs/nixos-modules repository to deliver a feature enabling multi-endpoint Alertmanager notifications, enhancing the resilience and coverage of alert delivery for infrastructure modules. The approach involved converting the Alertmanager configuration from a single URL to a list, then iterating over each endpoint to ensure all configured destinations receive notifications. This update aligned with broader reliability and observability objectives, improving operational visibility for system administrators. The work leveraged skills in backend development, configuration management, and system administration, utilizing D and Nix to implement robust support for multiple endpoints and streamline alert configuration within the NixOS module ecosystem.
