Addressed data integrity by removing dangling attachment references from parent managed objects, documenting these changes in the platform services changelog. Employed Markdown for documentation and demonstrated skills in terminology standardization, version control, and cross-team collaboration. The work improved documentation accuracy, maintainability, and reduced the risk of misinterpretation in support scenarios.
