Led comprehensive build system cleanup, eliminating obsolete directories and configurations to simplify CI/CD workflows. Utilized C++, MLIR, and Python to implement robust pattern-matching mechanisms and ensure cross-platform build parity, resulting in a more maintainable and efficient development pipeline.
