Worked on the filipnavara/runtime repository with a focus on enhancing stability and reliability rather than adding new features. Over two months, addressed three critical bugs by improving argument handling in logging, strengthening null-safety in equality logic, and preventing potential NullReferenceExceptions during specialization. Leveraged expertise in .NET Core, C#, and CoreCLR to ensure that runtime errors were minimized and system security was maintained. The technical approach emphasized correctness and maintainability, resulting in a more robust runtime library. These targeted bug fixes contributed to predictable behavior and reduced edge-case failures, supporting the long-term health of the codebase without introducing new features.
