Worked on maintaining and improving the reliability of the grafana/helm-charts repository, focusing on Helm chart upgrades and configuration fixes. Upgraded the Grafana Helm chart from version 9.2.3 to 9.2.4 while keeping the application version at 12.0.1 to minimize upgrade risk. Addressed deployment consistency by correcting sizeLimit formatting for sidecar and emptyDir volumes, ensuring more predictable resource management across environments. Leveraged skills in DevOps, Kubernetes, and Helm, with changes implemented primarily in Go and YAML. The work reduced friction during upgrades and simplified future patches, reflecting a methodical approach to infrastructure as code and chart maintenance.
