Worked on the ProteoBench repository to enhance project documentation, focusing on improving onboarding materials and clarifying integration workflows. Used Markdown and RST to refine module documentation, explicitly detailing Spectronaut integration requirements and providing guidance for MaxDIA contaminant handling. The approach centered on maintainability and knowledge sharing, aiming to reduce support overhead and accelerate new contributor adoption. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as efforts prioritized documentation quality and clarity. The work resulted in more accessible and comprehensive guides, supporting faster module adoption and minimizing integration issues for users and contributors engaging with the ProteoBench project.
