Worked on enhancing EVM reliability and debugging within the neonlabsorg/neon-evm and neonlabsorg/neon-proxy.py repositories, focusing on robust error handling and transaction analysis. Addressed a bug in precompiled transaction recognition by updating contract logic to correctly identify and execute precompile extension addresses. Improved error reporting by introducing structured error data, including an ErrorCode enum and detailed logging, to facilitate more precise debugging and response to transaction failures. Leveraged Rust, Python, and Solidity to implement these features, emphasizing API development, smart contract execution, and transaction processing. The work demonstrated depth in blockchain development and a methodical approach to system reliability.
