Worked on the equinor/design-system repository to enhance the stability of the eds-core-react Tabs component by addressing a critical edge case. Implemented a fix that allows Tabs.List and Tabs.Panel to gracefully handle null children, preventing crashes when encountering unexpected input. This update improved reliability for consumer applications and streamlined the developer experience across the design system. The solution was delivered using React with a focus on robust component development and thorough edge-case testing in both JavaScript and TypeScript.
