Developed new code cells demonstrating NumPy fundamentals such as random array generation, zero matrices, array addition, scalar multiplication, and array concatenation, providing practical examples for learners. Expanded the dataset and metadata to include city information with GMT offsets and Python version details, supporting more realistic and scalable assignments. Improved documentation to clarify zero-matrix behavior and notebook usage, reducing ambiguity for users. All changes were managed through version control, ensuring traceability and collaborative development within the Python and Jupyter Notebook environment.
