Over a two-month period, contributed to backend engineering efforts across xynehq/xyne and langchain-ai/langchainjs, focusing on scalable data management and robust API integration. Developed a TypeScript-based pagination feature for data source file retrieval in xynehq/xyne, replacing a legacy one-shot method to improve efficiency and scalability when handling large datasets. In langchain-ai/langchainjs, enhanced error handling in the OpenAI SDK integration by reading error status directly from the error object, which reduced unnecessary retries and server load. Demonstrated strengths in API development, error handling, and testing, delivering targeted improvements that increased reliability and maintainability in both repositories.
