Designed and implemented a dedicated benchmarking workflow using GitHub Actions, extending existing CI processes to trigger benchmarks on pull requests and merges. Leveraged Docker Compose and monitoring tools to enable reproducible local benchmarking, allowing developers to validate performance changes efficiently. Utilized Go, Shell, and YAML to orchestrate these workflows and ensure consistent performance checks. This work improved feedback speed on regressions, enhanced release confidence, and aligned ongoing engineering efforts with the project’s scalability and performance objectives.
