Worked on the magento/magento2-page-builder repository to enhance compatibility with PHP 8.4, focusing on the test suite’s resilience and maintainability. Updated test type hints to accept a nullable string for the session ID parameter, ensuring the codebase aligns with upcoming PHP standards and reducing potential runtime failures. This work validated PHP 8.4 readiness for Adobe Commerce 2.4.8 core, laying the foundation for broader compatibility improvements. Emphasized code compatibility, PHP development, and robust testing practices throughout the process. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary objective centered on stability and future-proofing the test infrastructure.
