During April 2025, Hao Wu focused on stabilizing the build process for the ScoopInstaller/Main repository by addressing a persistent issue with the SCons build tool. He updated SCons to version 4.9.1 and revised the version-checking logic using Shell scripting, which improved build reliability across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. This work reduced CI flakiness and made packaging for releases more predictable, directly supporting upcoming release cycles. Hao Wu’s efforts in build system management demonstrated a targeted approach to infrastructure maintenance, prioritizing reproducibility and cross-platform consistency over feature development during this period, with all changes tracked in a dedicated pull request.
