Worked on the hacksider/kilocode repository to deliver AI-enabled features by integrating multiple Mistral AI models into the backend. Focused on scalable API integration and backend development using TypeScript and Node.js, the work involved configuring model parameters such as maximum tokens, context window size, image support, prompt caching, and dynamic pricing for input and output. This approach established a production-ready AI inference layer with model switching and cost awareness, supporting safer deployments and faster iteration. The integration laid the groundwork for enhanced AI capabilities, enabling the system to deliver business value through configurable, cost-effective, and scalable AI model deployments.
