Worked on CI/CD pipeline quality improvements for the Activiti/Activiti and Activiti/activiti-cloud repositories, focusing on accurate SonarQube code coverage reporting. Addressed issues with JaCoCo execution data aggregation by refactoring Maven multi-module builds and updating SonarScanner configurations to ensure reliable coverage metrics. Removed unnecessary coverage modules to streamline the build process and reduce maintenance overhead. Utilized Java, Bash, and YAML to implement and validate these changes, resulting in more trustworthy quality signals for stakeholders and improved CI/CD reliability. The work emphasized DevOps best practices and enhanced the maintainability of automated quality checks within the continuous integration environment.
