Worked on enhancing data integrity within the babelfish-for-postgresql/babelfish_extensions repository by developing targeted test cases for ENR catalog operations. Focused on validating the removal and update of incorrect tuples, this work addressed specific bugs and reinforced the correctness of catalog data. Leveraging SQL and database management skills, the developer implemented comprehensive testing strategies to reduce the risk of data inconsistencies and prevent future regressions. The approach demonstrated a commitment to test-driven development and effective cross-repository collaboration, ensuring that fixes for issues such as BABEL-6168 and BABEL-6305 were robustly integrated and maintained within the broader database extension ecosystem.
