Dhivakar Balasubramanian developed a FHIR-based dispensing integration for the NHSDigital/identity-service-jwks repository, focusing on enabling standardized configuration for dispensing services. He created and contributed the FHIR-dispensing.json file, leveraging JSON to define interoperable dispensing data and configuration paths. This approach aligned with FHIR standards and improved the maintainability and traceability of dispensing configurations by managing them directly within the repository. His work reduced manual setup for new partners and accelerated onboarding by providing a reusable, repository-managed configuration. Throughout the project, Dhivakar demonstrated proficiency in FHIR interoperability, JSON-based configuration, and collaborative repository workflows, delivering a focused and maintainable solution.
