He implemented a CSS variables-based solution using JavaScript, CSS, and Styled Components, centralizing color definitions to ensure correct background and content color application across all breakpoints and devices. This approach enhanced accessibility and branding alignment by supporting better contrast and readability, while also simplifying future theming and maintenance. Gabriel’s work addressed a key UI bug, demonstrating depth in front end development and attention to maintainable, scalable design systems.
