During January 2025, Bartz Kol strengthened the CSE498-Spring2025 repository by building comprehensive documentation scaffolding for both the Distribution class and Group-01 project areas. Using Markdown and leveraging skills in project planning and team management, Bartz established standardized README templates, folder structures, and a formal Team Agreement to define roles and responsibilities. This work focused on improving onboarding readiness and reducing future maintenance risk by introducing clear documentation conventions and templates. While no code-level bugs were addressed, the depth of the documentation and setup provided a robust foundation for future development, ensuring consistency and clarity across the project’s collaborative environment.
