Worked on enhancing the reliability of manga list retrieval in the KotatsuApp/kotatsu-parsers repository, specifically targeting the Mangakakalot parser. Addressed a bug where the getListPage function used an incorrect CSS selector, which previously led to inconsistent identification of manga items during web scraping. By correcting the selector logic, ensured that the parser consistently locates and fetches manga lists, thereby improving the quality of downstream data processing. Utilized Kotlin for backend development and web scraping tasks, focusing on precise data extraction and parser stability. The work demonstrated attention to detail in maintaining data integrity and supporting robust backend workflows.
