During November 2024, Nluyu worked on the wazuh-dashboard repository, focusing on improving the accuracy of OpenAPI documentation for bulk saved objects APIs. By analyzing the implemented API behavior, Nluyu identified discrepancies in HTTP method declarations and corrected them, changing the bulk update method from POST to PUT and the bulk get method from GET to POST. This work, performed using YAML and leveraging skills in API design and documentation, enhanced the fidelity of the API contract. The update reduced the risk of client-side integration errors and confusion, ensuring that the documentation accurately reflected the actual API implementation and usage patterns.
