In March 2025, Badr Wadie developed and launched the Spatial Metabolomics Hackathon project page within the nf-core/website repository, focusing on enhancing documentation and onboarding resources. Using Markdown and technical writing skills, Badr clarified METASPACE workflow functionalities and expanded descriptions to support new users. The work addressed formatting and structural issues, such as sublist indentation, to improve readability and accessibility. By introducing knowledge levels and aligning content with nf-core documentation standards, Badr enabled clearer learning expectations and smoother participation for beginners. The depth of the work lay in making complex workflows approachable, supporting both documentation quality and community engagement.
