Worked on the grafana/quickpizza repository to establish foundational repository governance by implementing a CODEOWNERS file, assigning the @grafana/k6-cloud-provisioning team as owners for all files. This approach leveraged Git repository management best practices to clarify code ownership, streamline review processes, and support scalable contributor onboarding. The technical solution centered on configuring CODEOWNERS and documenting the change with a clear, auditable commit history, enhancing compliance and traceability. No bug fixes were addressed during this period, with the primary focus on improving repository structure and accountability using Git, CODEOWNERS configuration, and collaborative team workflows to enable safer, more efficient code management.
