Developed a Python-based header parsing and metadata extraction module for the oss-slu/tbe repository, focusing on automated data ingestion and analytics workflows. The work centered on building a script to parse TBE file headers, extract metadata from TBL and ATT sections, and export the results to CSV for downstream processing. The developer refactored the isolate_header.py module to enhance robustness, particularly in handling global metadata and table structures. Additional contributions included providing example data files and updating documentation to clarify usage. The project demonstrated skills in CSV processing, data structuring, and scripting, delivering a maintainable solution for structured file handling.
