Led a cross-repository migration to centralize user guides within the Document Processing repository, reducing duplication and improving maintainability. Utilized JavaScript, Vue, and React to ensure documentation consistency, while applying skills in content migration, repository restructuring, and documentation management. Reformatted tables of contents and removed outdated assets to streamline navigation and accessibility. The work established a governance-ready structure for documentation, laying the foundation for standardized practices and easier long-term maintenance across the suite without introducing new bugs during the process.
