Worked on the rosetta-models/common-domain-model repository to enhance issue triage and release planning by standardizing bug report and feature request templates. Introduced mandatory fields for release version and backward compatibility, ensuring that critical release and compatibility information is captured at the earliest stage. Leveraged configuration management and template management skills, primarily using YAML, to implement these changes across the repository. This unified approach improved cross-team alignment and repository consistency, reducing downstream rework and enabling more accurate planning. The work focused on surfacing key constraints early in the process, supporting faster impact analysis and minimizing the risk of late-stage surprises.
